本学期我担任六年级英语教学工作,完成了pep本册教材的全部教学内容,具体情况总结如下:
一、扎实备课,认真上课,不断反思
我是刚调到这个学校,学生情况不熟悉。又是第一次使用人教版这册教材,但熟悉一至四册的内容和整体教材的编排体系。所以,我认真备课,认真阅读各种教科参考书,全面深入了解学生,结合自己的教学经验与学生的学习情况,认真编写教案,并不断地加以修改完善。在课堂教学中,我充分利用身边资源,为学生创设真实的交际情境,注重学生学习兴趣的激发和学习方法的培养,适时鼓励,分层教学,让所有学生都能跳一跳摘到苹果,品尝成功的喜悦。每节课后都认真反思,不断改进教学方法和手段,提高课堂效率。在每节课前的onduty中,每个学生都有机会成为课堂的主人,既锻炼了学生的交际能力,又培养了学生良好的倾听习惯和合作品质,同时课堂得到了自主、有效的延伸。
二、学生英语综合运用能力增强
1、每一单元都有两个let’s try的内容,让学生在听力中感知新语言。学生的听力能力提高了,能根据所听的一小段话做出正确判断。而且养成了同学之间认真倾听的好习惯。
2、学生能够而且乐于交流更多自己的信息,如最自己的家人、朋友、爱好等,并能结合以前所学问候语,神情大方自然。
3、能认读所学词语,并能根据拼读的规律和音标,读出简单的单词;能正确朗读所学故事或短文,也能借助图片读懂简单的故事或小短文,逐步培养按意群阅读的习惯。
4、能正确书写单词和句子,能写一段完整的话,如mypenpal,planttrees等。能基本正确地使用大小写字母和标点符号。
三、存在问题及改进措施
①对学生估计不足,或考虑不周。我在平时的训练中,只注意了大方面的情况,没能充分考虑学生个体因素。盲目的认为已经是六年级的学生了,有能力自己解决问题,而忽视了对学生的出错的问题及时纠正。只强调了学生的优势,忽略的其薄弱方面的及时补差。
②对学生自觉性过于自信,没有盯上靠上。在平时的教学过程中,我总是强调对学生自觉学习的习惯的培养,对他们抱有过高的估计和评价,因而没有对其具体的学习情况和效果做出及时准确的验证和审查。
③由于本学期我所担任的少先队内的工作较繁杂,经常是该找学生补差的时候因没有时间而错过,致使学生们认为英语老师不厉害不用管,导致其对英语学习不够重视,自己在学生中的威信也有所降低,对学生所犯的错误也不能及时地给予纠正。
④对待优生的帮扶不利。本学期,由于主客观因素,我对班内的10余名待优生的辅导没能落到实处。一个是我对他们缺乏足够的耐心,一个是时间没能靠上。我有时间的时候他们没时间,他们有时间时我有其他工作要做,错过了最佳帮教时机。
总之,在本学期的教学工作中,我能够紧紧围绕新课改的要求,贯彻落实新课标,以学生为主体,以人为本开展各项工作,效果也还不错。在今后的工作中,要戒骄戒躁,扬长避短,争取更上一层楼。

a study of english learning problems was carried out among a total of 106 foreign students. it shows that most students considered understanding spoken english to be their biggest problem on arrival. this was followed by speaking. writing increased as a problem as students discovered difficulties in writing papers that they were now expected to hand in. reading remained as a significant(显著的) problem.

游戏1:
做“listen an find”的游戏。以小组为单位,小组内的每个学生都被指定为一个本课所学单词,然后教师读单词。如:教师读door, 那么各组被指定为这个单词的学生就必须马上跑到教室门的位置。然后由各组的其他同学判断对错。对了加分,教师接着读下一个单词,游戏继续。最后,比一比哪个组得分最多,哪个组就获胜。
游戏2:
做“找朋友”的游戏。(此时黑板上已贴有一张大的教室图片和单词卡)让学生把单词卡贴到图中相应的地方。贴好后,让其他学生判断对错。如果对了,就大声朗读出来;如果错了,请他人改错后再读出来。

1.教材分析:本节课是 pep小学英语三年级上册第二单元 b 部分中的 let's learn和let's do 的内容,其中 let's learn 部分是在 a 部分 let's learn 中 blue, green, yellow, red 词汇学习的基础上,再学习 white, black, orange, brown 这几个词汇的。并围绕本课新授单词,穿插一些 tpr 活动,即本课的第二部分 let's do,如 black, black. stand up. 等一些简单的指示语,要求学生听懂并按照指令做出相应的动作,同时鼓励学生滚动已学指令,如:sit down,touch the ground,turn around. 并自创个人喜欢的新口令。如:black, black.sit down. black, black.touch the ground. black, black.turn around. 等等。学生能举一反三,以此达到语言教学的真正目的。另外本课的词汇贴近学生的生活,色彩鲜明的图片与词汇配对,使学生更易理解,tpr 活动更是深受儿童喜爱,所用的节奏和动作刺激大脑皮层,激活记忆,使学生在对各指令的反应中自然习得语言。
2.学情分析:在学习本节课前,学生已学了 blue, green, yellow, red这几个颜色单词,学生对于色彩这方面内容较感兴趣,因此在前节课词汇学习的基础上,再学习 white, black, orange, brown 这些新单词,最后利用 chant,给学生提供一个有趣、轻松、活泼的氛围去操练单词,学生更易理解,学得更快。本节课组织了多种学生喜闻乐见的形式来巩固读、听的能力,从而为下一步的视听词汇的能力打下良好的基础。

五.说教学程序
本节课我设计了以下的教学环节:
1.新课导入──歌曲开篇,引入情境。
学生刚上课时心理处于紧张状态,通过用英语与学生打招呼,和他们一起唱英语歌曲在轻松愉快的歌曲中使学生迅速地进入英语课堂,既活跃气氛,又消除紧张,集中学生的注意力,同时复习巩固了本单元学习的颜色单词。
2. 新课的讲解──启发诱导,教学新知。
小学生对色彩有着较强的敏感程度,色彩鲜明的教具有助于激发学生学习英语的兴趣。首先,让学生用自己的方式复习颜色;其次利用颜色卡片、颜色单词卡片和颜色转盘等色彩鲜明的教具,使学生眼前一亮,吸引了全体学生的注意力,教授新单词。每学一个颜色单词时,都用tpr动作表示出来,让学生也跟着动一动,说一说,这样学得活、用得活,学了就会说,学生学起来感到亲切有趣,享受到学习的兴趣。教学中以看、听、说为主,要求学生敢于开口说英语,培养英语学习的兴趣及听说能力。
(1)利用转盘,复习前面学习的颜色单词。
(2)从学生熟悉的事物和人物入手,利用单词图片和单词卡片,学习新单词。
3.巩固阶段。(创设情景,巩固新知)

根据板书的提示,师生共同回忆本节课学习的内容,再次出示教学目标,使学生明确是否达到学习的目标。
