大家好！
在演讲之前我先给大家看一样东西，请看，看完之后大家可能会想，这不久是个普通的小台灯吗？呵呵大家可别小看了这个台灯，它可是节能台灯，功能可大着呢！他每小时只用耗费0.18度电，而普通台灯每小时却要用0.6度电，能整整节省0.42度，如果我们学校每一位同学每天都用这种台灯一小时，那就能节省252度电，如果我们的同学能坚持一星期，也能节省1764度电呀！
听我说了这么多，可能有人会问了了？你为什么要谈这些呢？原因很简单那就是为了节电，因为人口的快速增长、资源缺乏、资源浪费这些问题，“电荒”这个棘手的问题日益严重了起来！其中最让我记忆深刻的一次莫过于20xx年夏天的那次全国性大电荒了！20xx年入夏以来，华北缺电、华中缺电、华东缺电、华南缺电！席卷中国内地的大缺电给国民经济、相关产业和人民群众的生活造成严重影响。更为可怕的是：能源行业还在继续“缺电、上项目、过剩、减少投资、又缺电”的恶性循环。20xx年底，国家发展与改革委员会一位副主任在接受新华社记者采访时，就不少地方反映电力供应紧张的问题，振振有辞地说：“真正拉闸限电的还是少数……我不赞成‘电荒’的说法。总体上说，缺电是季节性的、高峰时段的。”
然而，就在这位以电力专家自居的主管官员话音未落，20xx年的全国性大缺电便汹涌而至：
缺电，正成为内地发展无法承受之痛；缺电，正成为摆在人们面前的又一场公共危机！

1.制冷时室温定高1度，制热时室温定低2度，均可省电10％以上，而人体几乎觉察不到这微小的差别。
2.少开门窗可以减少房外热量进入，利于空调省电。
3.冷藏物品不要放得太密，留下空隙利于冷空气循环，这样食物降温的速度比较快，减少压缩机的运转次数，节约冰箱电能。
如果我们每一个人都愿意为地球的未来献份力，哪怕只是节一瓦电而已，那地球的明天也会更美好。

今天我国旗下讲话的题目是《重拾感恩》。
当远古的祭坛被岁月的风雨侵蚀，只剩下一堆斑驳的巨石，当传承千年的祭典消散在历史的黄尘中，如今的我们也只能从上古文明的夹缝中去窥探古人对太阳神圣而庄严的膜拜，那是人类文明最原始最赤诚的感恩之心，夹杂着些许敬畏与胆怯，笃信人类得以繁衍生息应归功于神灵的福祉。但随着历史的车轮滚滚向前，从采猎文明到农业文明，再到工业文明，生产力不断地发展繁荣，给了人类正视甚至俯视自然的自信和勇气。于是，神灵被赶下祭坛，人类在自己越修越高的物质文明的塔顶上为自己加冕。以主宰者的身份鸟瞰世界，试图与太阳比肩，自此，纯粹的感恩之心一点点被遗忘在历史的车辙之中，代之以强烈的自我崇拜。殊不知，文明得以构建的一草一木，都是来自大自然的馈赠。
可是，这样的一草一木都来得太容易，容易到总让人以为它们本来就是为人类的发展而存在的，以至于只有在收获的时节才零星泛起的感念又迅速地湮没。直到灾难横行世界，无情地卷走人类仅有的一点财富时，人们才对曾经舒适安详的生活重拾感恩和怀念，而事实上伤痛毕竟只是暂时的，当一切又归于平静，人们总会再一次忘记自己当时是何等的'感激涕零。物质的发展交给我们推动历史的权杖，却没能教会我们作为一个生活的信徒应有的感恩之心。
毋庸置疑，生长在21世纪的我们都是“含着银勺”来到世界的幸运儿。我们身边的一切都一如我们第一次睁开双眼时的那般美好；强盛的祖国为我们提供了和平的环境和舒适的发展空间；家人亲友始终围绕在我们身边，给予我们无微不至的关怀；老师和同学无私的教会我们学识，给我们鼓励和温暖，甚至于我们的对手，正是他们不断地鞭策，才使我们勇敢地向前……而纷乱的战火，无尽的饥荒，残酷的灾害，对于我们而言，都显得那么遥远而陌生。可是，难道我们能就此认为这美好的生活是理所当然的吗？回顾过去，今日的繁荣无不凝聚着前人艰苦卓绝的奋斗；放眼当下，我们的发展无不得益于身边每一个人的陪伴和支持。而因为感恩之心的缺失，我们已经错过太多美好的人和事，以至于直到再也无法挽回的时候，才追悔莫及。感恩具体到我们，应该常念父母殷切的眼神，平添的白发；同学友爱的双手，温暖的鼓励；老师窗前不灭的灯光，谆谆的教诲。
